Battleground matches dropped/lag to start

Several matches in battlegrounds the past couple of days, I have had an issue with the match starting late or not starting at all.
I will pick the champ, the match will start, and it takes an extra 15-20 seconds to actually start or even longer. The last match I played. I won the first round, the second round didn't even start for myself and then I got booted and lost the matchup, which lost me the match and went down again. This has happened several times. Is there a fox coming for this
