Battlegrounds Store correction missing

I never got the Battlegrounds Store correction Compensation... Is there a glitch or only Paragon players got them?

I'm paragon... bought maybe 20 or so sig-stones this season before the store update... haven't received the message.

How long should we wait before submitting a ticket? I don't want to bombard/be impatient... but I also don't want to forget about it.

I bought tones of stuff before the correction and I haven't received anything yet... Still waiting tho...
