Crystal bug

I had 20 4 star crystals and I popped 10. I got 6 new 3 awakened 1 sig level up then I clicked the open 10 button and got the exact same thing?! I checked and turned out somehow I had opened 20 but only got 10 4s stars??!! I am very confused and annoyed can anyone help me get my 10 crystals back?
