So I saw the post about Hulking and Wiccan being balanced and I just thought, will they look at recently buffed champions and how they're performing too?
They said "The Deadpool buff is for newer players" which makes absolutely no sense whatsoever.

Deadpool is pretty simple to play, but newer players may find it tricky as they just need to do nothing but either dodge or parry attacks on moment of impact to avoid getting hit. Otherwise just simply walking for rampup makes sense for it being. Easy
