Generic Awakening Gem - Who To Use?

I’ve posted my 4* roster. Most of them. I got generic awakening gem. Thoughts who to use it on? I’m leaning towards Blade for the regeneration. I’m in Act 5.1. Seems Regen could help a lot. What are thoughts or opinions? Thank you.
