Kabam does not drop knowledge before 9 a.m. their time, with is PST. Sometimes they wait until as late as 2 p.m., their time, but usually at 1 p.m.

How could they mess it up? It was long overdue for a tweak in rewards, store and a solo mode. All of which is happening. Also mentioned my miike the difficulty won’t change on how it works.
