Are there any Misty lovers our there ??

I want to know what purpose does she serve other than being unblockable all the time, having guaranteed crits, & being a slightly annoying defender

She seems to have a lot in her kit but I don't see any of that being used by anyone

So what exactly is her purpose in the game except the 3 things I mentioned above ??
What are the things she's good for ??
And what are the things to be kept in mind before someone decides to rank her up ??
