    Today the new batch of 5* are added to the basic pool if I'm not mistaken. Does anyone know what time?

    I would advise waiting at least until this week's scheduled maintenance is complete. I'm not sure precisely when they add the new 5*'s, but its never a bad idea to confirm they have been added (since 5* Punisher, I even wait until I see a shot of someone who pulled one of the new batch).

    it is done during maintenance on the first Tuesday of every month.

    Yes after maintenance on the main page the new banner should be up.
