Anyone else having issues with Red Magneto?

I was doing a quest and everything was fine until I tried to use Mags. His heavy didn't work at all. I tried to charge heavy and he just stood there, doing nothing. Heavy worked fine with every other champ. I mentioned it in my alliance Line chat and another member had problems with Mags too.

    It happened with me many months ago.
    I was using PX in Arena. I was trying to heavy charge but the input was bugged and PX couldn't even activate heavy animation.
    Restarted the game, which fixed it.

    My only issue with red magneto is that he makes fights against #metal oh so easy. I guess that's a good "issue" to have.

    It is more than just him. Parry heavy not 100% right.
