Mcoc rewards for battlegrounds the tier 5 catalyst selector doesn't showw up

The catalyst selector for the battlegrounds event for my alliance event to select t5cc doesn't show up pls fix this need compensation!!

Same here got everything else except
tier 5 cc selector didn't give nothing at all . Every single member that participated in my alliance have the same issue.

I'm missing both the t5cc selector and the %25 t5cc fragments selector
