Apart from Archangel, rest all are unduped.
Also I have all of them as 5 Star Rank 5.
I want a suggestion regarding act 8, who will be more beneficial as a rank 3 than others.

    Speaking only from my personal experience with Act 8, I would go with Archangel. I used Mags and Colossus each maybe a couple times, but used AA quite a bit. Plus with Colossus you want the dupe, so I wouldn’t even consider him.
