Can my roster beat Act 6.1?

This is my current roster of 5 and 6 stars. I would appreciate some tips on who is useful in Act 6.1 and why. I also have a 5 star Mutant and Cosmic Awakening Gem to use.

Here is the team I currently use for most of questing (Cable is there for the Warlock synergy). Is there anything I could improve?
