Scorpion Electro interaction?

in Bugs and Known Issues
Should Scorpion take damage from Electro? I tried him in poison and rupture mode which I thought would make him immune to shock yet he seems to take damage.

Bug?

    Electro’s damage back isn’t shock damage, it’s just energy damage.

    Just to verify, Electro's damage is straight Energy Damage, rather than a Shock effect, so abilities that care about Shock effects won't interact with it directly.
