At start of season we had our multiplayer dropped by like X2 for some reason and I hear a lot of people say the same will this be taken into account towards going up a bracket for the wars we won and lost for those affected?? because we are a kick in the butt of the next tier??

Fyi, I think you mean multiplier and not multiplayer, unless them game made a significant change that I'm not aware of.
