Need Help Urgently

Guys i have a problem , so i have been playing mcoc on android logging into google play games but now i have switched to iphone . i cant get my account onto the iphone to play i have tried to link my account to kabam acct but everytime i try it doesnt link my progression , it just create a new game . i want my progression on my iphone to continue playing . Someone please help

Need to link your account to a Kabam ID while on your OLD PHONE.

Then you can use the Kabam ID to login once you are on iPhone.

thats what i have been trying to do but everything i try to log into a kabam id it doesnt link to my progress in my old phone it just starts a new kabam id .
