Lost my ranking match due to battlegrounds Bug

Here as soon as i finished my first match and loading screen poped up, i see the result that i lost and this guy won and even if you say that my internet connection was weak or something i am sure that match goes even if i fail to reconnect or restart my game and i lose some time but what was that, as soon as i finished my first round this guy must have quited and instead of him the result showed that i lost and it was my ranking match. Now with due respect kabam if you truly appreciate our efforts and the time we dedicate in your game i want my rank to be promoted to diamond 3 which i rightfully deserve.
