Alliance war global bug

So is Kabam not going to even mention the fact that the new defense global and attacker global in tier 1 is bugged? Do they even know? The defense global does not reduce ability accuracy per debuff on the attacker. And the attacker global does not give debuff immunity after blocking or dodging 6 times... Will it be fixed when the season starts? The last time a new global was activated they also didn't fix it until the season started.. what's the point in practicing in offseason if the globals are always bugged? Please fix your game

Seriously. Are we going to get this addressed? It's crazy that it's been happening for at least 3 wars and we haven't seen anything about it. New season is right around the corner.

The issue still exists would be at least good to know if we need to Plan with it or Not.
