Include all the changes in the budget spotlight

Minor quibble, but when you buff a champ, if you change synergies that other champs give to that champion, please note it in the spotlight. It would be nice to be able to see all the changes in one spot rather then having to go and investigate in game and find that for example you changed the hitmonkey synergy with rocket. Yes, the old synergy would probably be more powerful with his new kit, but would still rather know ahead of time rather then stumbling across it.

    Not sure how budget got in the title, autocorrect must have been weird, think I had ment for it to say buffed.
