I think that's just the placeholder for this:

all she has to get to be good, is buff stealing duration to be extended by 1sec, or even 0.5 sec + pause when enemy throw specials

I’d like Rogue to be able to steal passive effects also. And to be able to keep some of those buffs/effects throughout the fight (for example, if she steals 5X of the same buff).

Rogue hitting into the opponent's block does already count as contact.

Rogue's block being hit by the opponent doesn't.

That would be good. Or whatever she copies should either last longer (maybe with rising Sig level), or be pauseable in some way.

I’d welcome her buff. She’s one of those champs I’d like to rankup but she can be very difficult to play with and her damage is outdated.

Lol, agreed. I even checked to make sure I spelled it right but it must have autocorrected to rouge instead.
