Battlegrounds Demotion?

I don't know if anyone else is having this issue. I won three games in a row at Gold 3, didn't get the rewards, and when I tried to play another match, I was demoted to gold 2 with no wins. Has that happened to anyone else?

    It's Gold 3 and THEN Gold 2. Not Gold 2 and then Gold 3. You went to an upper level

    Is gold 2 not higher than Gold 3? Maybe it gave you the rewards and properly promoted you and it just didn't show the notification that you recieved them.
