Mystic Dispersion in 2022

So I have a R3 Tigra who I use all the time and a R2 Symbiote Supreme who comes in handy a lot. Plus I have a 5* version of all the good mystics except Doom. Is Mystic Dispersion worth it? Especially considering I would mostly be using Tigra?

It's worth it in general imo. At least 2/3 points.
