Can the account I used to play on Huawei mobile phone be transferred to the apple area?

If you had created a Kabam ID login within the game on your old phone, then yes, you can just login to the game with same in-game Kabam ID (email) and password on a new phone.
Even if it crosses over from Google/Apple.

If you only ever used “Play” for logging in, then you need to create your in-game Kabam ID tied to that account first (doing that on your old phone) before being able to continue on a different platform's phone.
