Can someone tell me when will the day Hyperion is added among 5* basic champs?

    He should be in now. New champs are added during maintenance the first Tuesday of each month.

    I just checked it, and DV, rogue...etc. from the last addition are still shown in the picture.?

    If you check the banner on the home page, it says that the newest additions are hyperion, GP etc.

    The revolving pictures are just random champions that are in the crystal.
