BG score bug

Haven't received my BG rewards and also my points are shown 0 but the objectives are shown as claimed...

Solo Event Points of ZERO.

Looks like you may have been caught for cheating, and they reduced your points to 0.
Don’t know if your Rank Reward may still be coming, if so you probably will get the very bottom Rank reward amount of 2000x 6* shards.
Or might not get anything ??
