I haven’t got mines either and I waited the weekend to give them time …. I even sent a ticket and no response …. But for some strange reason all the YouTubers got theirs with no issues and yet only 1 person in my Alice got theirs

Were you in gladiators circuit? Eg did you make it into vibranium?

If you just made it into Gladiator's circuit, but then never did any matches within Gladiator's, you apparently don’t qualify for receiving even the bottommost Gladiator season rewards.

Someone had a Support ticket response that confirmed that. (And it did seem like an investigated, actual, confirmed response. Not just an uninformed, blanket, form letter response).
