I was about to ask when will this compensation appear, I haven't seen further infi about it since the initial "we messed up" message.
Fingers crossed they will try and use it as a launch pad to soften the blow of lowering the points you get in the BG's Solo Event per match when using energy 🤦🏻‍♂️🤷‍♂️

That softens nothing. The compo is to "soften" the bitter taste left in players mouths from season 2 ending early. The drop in points from energy is pure greed and a very shady thing to do, compo won't make up for that, at least not for me anyway

Ending BG several hours earlier was really punishing for many players and this compensation is seriously offensive.

I opened multiple tickets regarding BGs issues I encountered including lost matches due to black screen milestones I wasn't able to collect due to the blackout period in the last day of season 2, all tickets were closed as resolved from the technical support side as resolved with no actual solution, just a fake promise that all issues are being investigated and that I will be compensated and now this!!! Do you guys call this a compensation, what A BIG FAT JOKE!! SMH

This cannot be the compensation. Honestly would have been better to treat this in the same way as the recent phasing/invisibility and not bothered with any compensation if Kabam thinks this is appropriate.

I don’t understand how are these rewards fair! I was diamond 1 when they took down BG. 4 more wins would have got me better rewards than these(5400 trophy tokens and 200 elders marks). A little more push to finish vibranium would have got me 6300 trophy tokens and 200 extra elders marks. Also last milestone on solo objective would have given me six star shards.

Consider rank rewards, being in uru3 I would have received 10000 trophy tokens.

Just a few hours of playing could have got me considerably better rewards. I personally am really disappointed and can not figure out how giving everyone a few tokens is fair to people who spent time and wanted to do more towards the end.

The problem is you can't measure how much someone COULD have won, even more difficult to gauge that in a general way for everyone. Not really commenting on whether it was enough or not. Just pointing out that it wouldn't have been close to the next Milestone.

They would know where everyone finished. They would have processed that data to decide ranks and rewards. They just had to compensate people according to their rank. It could have simply been the next milestone rewards. For example, if one was silver 2, s/he could have got compensation at least what s/he could have received by being silver 1. To me this sounds like reasonably easy to do. Somewhat fair as well. Surely better than what they did..
