Pretty sure this is the strangest battleground thing ever

So im in the first round. Falcon v void. I kill him and the next screen was the ending screen, i assumed he forfeit.

It showed me the winning screen with me going from bronze 3 to 2. Then took me to the battleground main menu and im in bronze 1 now. Maybe 2-3 seconds later i was put back into the fight falcon v void, im thinking wtf. I have 20 seconds on the clock and HE HAS FULL HEALTH, so i do as much damage as i can knowing its in vain (luckily i tried, i was so close to giving up).

Came to find out apparently he hadnt forfeit and that i was still in the first round. The fight lasted 17 seconds, i never closed my game or anything, i played normally the whole time.

    Some glitches like that happen sometimes, has happened to me before.
