Arena champs

In a post that I just had closed @Kabam Porthos left a link to how the arena champs work. It states that it would give a champ that was duplicated 1 sig level but it didn't do that. Does it not work on champs that havent been awakened yet?

    If you have a Champion in your roster and manage to obtain a duplicate from an Arena, it should awaken that Champion and give them 1 Signature Level. Under normal circumstances, if you had a Champion and duplicated them from a Crystal, for example, their Signature Ability would be unlocked and they would receive 20 Signature Levels.
