What should I do after a send a request to Kabam Support?

So, after I sent the request of changing my email address, as it is not my personal address, then I've got an email from the support, then after some minutes, it disappeared, the email said I've sent a request and a number (which I forgot
), and if I have any questions, I could reply to the email. Then I didn't see anything happened, am I supposed to do something? I could use some suggestions. Thankyou...
