Cyber deals - Thronebreaker to Paragon

So i became paragon after purchase with 5k units, and now i cant buy the deals that require to spend 5k

Is it a bug or i won't be able to purchase those deals?

Look at the FAQ thread. Your count if unit spend resets when you progress.
