I just bought two Star Lord Loot packs in store and only got the items from one of them. Checked my Bank account and have paid for both.

Try restarting the game, maybe a couple of times.

Then make sure you're looking in the right place in your inventory.

If your items aren't there, submit a ticket (or in game) with our support team and they'll be able to investigate for you!
