Help with war enlistment

Is there any Kabam moderators or anyone that can help with war enlistment please. We tried to enlist earlier this morning now it is showing we arent enlisted. This would really screw us in war season can anyone help ?

    It had switched over from enrolling to matchmaking.
    So are you sure you are not in the matchmaking phase for this current war now, and that in the panel to the left it's saying not enrolled because that now would be for enrolling for the NEXT war (Sun/Mon war) ?
