Just recieved some free energy refills and other goodies. It was mentioned that there was a reward update which led to it... where are the comms explaining the changes? Am grateful for the free stuff but would be good to know updated structure in case I should change my grind strategy.

    These would be referring to the rewards gained through the Summoner's Journey, a collection of onetime objectives that help you progress through Acts 1 through 3 of the Contest. It has no effect on your grind strategy moving forward.
