Kabam marketing be a lot smarter. Most likely who would buy this is either someone super desperate or a spender. And if you are a spender you don’t need this at this time because you spent on on cyber deals and have so much t2a in overflow you actually need t4b to be able to rank up enough champs from 1-2 to clear your overflow by end of 30 days

The question more for me is about the actually gem. It mentions based on your game progression. I have one of the largest acct in the game so a 1-2 gem means jack.

A 3-4 might be interesting and worth exploring.

The OP is comparing the Offers with BF. That's not a reasonable comparison. People are free to say what they want. I'm pointing out that one is a huge sale that comes every year and isn't a reflection of the regular value.
Also, it depends on where a Player is at. Different Offers are aimed at different demographics. Someone who is Paragon would find it ludicrous, whereas someone trying to get their first R2 might have more of a need for it.

No Paragon player in their right mind is dropping $50 for a 1-2 and some measly amount of gold. Maybe a Cav or lower, but for Paragon this offer is not even simply bad, it's laughably out of touch.
