i got to platinum 3 and didn't get gold 1 promotion rewar

    You advance thru the levels going 3-2-1 (not 1-2-3).
    And as per pic, you currently are only Bronze-1, going thru the track/path towards being Silver-3.
    You have 2/3 tokens on the way to becoming Silver-3 (after which you will actually get those rewards for Silver-3, and then afterward be set on the track towards Silver-2).

    For both players above, if you click on the Left Arrow to see the prior Medal color bracket, you should see that you have both received the prior color's “level-1” rewards.
