Issues with the auto fight since update

Ever since the update my auto flight's been inconsistent. I've had no issues on running the daily Quest multiple times earlier today and when I went to do it to test out the new Guardians of the Galaxy team synergy, they'll fight and move to the next tile but there's no countdown and I have to manually start each fight.

Bringing it to your guys' attention and hoping whatever it is could be quickly rectified.
