Crystal opening not allowing to open more then 1 at a time

When I open my crystals I open 1 and the screen comes to a stop and will not allow me to move from the screen without closing the game and restarting.

I have done some research and it only happens for Nexus crystals and all the other crystals work as intended when opening a single or opening multiple
