This is my friends account. As you can see, he is conquerer and UC EQ is unlocked. What’s going on, Kabam?

I believe it was a change they made a very long time ago. Not sure if it was with the introduction of Cav difficulty or if it was shortly after, but they took the uncollected title restriction off of the uncollected difficulty. Could be wrong, but I’m pretty sure I remember this happening.

When I was Conquerer about 3 months ago, I wasn’t able to do UC EQ……

Just to come back to this, you have to be Uncollected to access the UC difficulty. If they haven't beaten the collector, no access. Level 40 and UC title.
