Blade regen bugged?

My rank 4 5* blade sig says he heals 1072 hp per second while blocking but he's healing 467 hp. At rank 3 his sig said it healed 700 hp and it also healed 700 hp. So he's healing less now?

    Just to be sure, not running lc or being poisoned? Have you tried it at around 25% hp and 50% hp? Could be a couple things im thinking

    Even with suicides though that's only 30% healing loss. This loss is over 50%.

    Common mistake, there are 2 ticks per second when it comes to regen or damage over time. If you were seeing 700 per tick at rank 3 then that might have been the bug

    He actually heals on Dormamu in AQ - this needs to be fixed...

    It says "regeneration", but he does not heal. I just tried it.

    My 5/50 says 722 regeneration and only heals 412. I don't see the twice per second mentioned in his write up like you do with Old Man Logan.
