"Improved Quest Preview" does not work for me

The update notes say, "Improved Quest Preview - Get a preview of what persistent rewards await on each quest path before you play."
I have noticed no change in how preview functions and would like to know if anyone else has or if this is bugged or if it just was failed to be implemented. When I preview the new EQ or Rocket's Scrapyard I can't see any of the rewards/iso/potions/etc on the path just like I never could since preview was implemented. I thought from the description of this update item that that would now be changed. Also, isn't it time to expand preview to Story Quest and the rest of the quests by now?
