Is quicksilver cide friendly?

I'm debating on unlocking the recoil tree but I dont know if I should. My only rank 4 is quicksilver and I dont wanna make him unusable.

    I don't think so. He has to throw a few sp1 and sp2

    He is friendlier of the nonimmune champions. His rotation for 1mil burst damage as a 5* is sp3, sp2, sp1

    Needs to throw Sp1 & Sp2
    Definitely not video friendly
    U can use him with cides for some matches but he's not suitable for those masteries
