Missing Alliance Milestone Rewards For Battlegrounds Season 2 After Switching Alliance

Hi Kabam.
I'm still yet to receive milestones 3-15 from season 2 of the Battlegrounds Alliance Event. I have sent three tickets in through support and have been told that more info will be posted via in game mail or on the forums. I cannot see anything on the forum and have received no in game mail either.
With season 3 coming to a close very soon, I feel like this should have been resolved already. I'm sure I'm not the only one missing these rewards and it's a considerate amount. Please can myself and other Summoners get an answer on what's going on regarding this? Or at least a time frame or acknowledgement that something is being done?
