BUG: in act 5.3 Fighting Beast - His Sp gives HP reg or make me loose HP

Hi all..
Im currentlig exploring act 5.3 and just experience my 2 time meet with a Beast.
Everytime i have baited and SP i notice this.. I Loose HP around 1200-1600 depends om class or Beast gain HP
it feels like the ability in beast description is on me.. i mean
the ability he got with the combo depends on which style beast is on it either gives him HP or i Loose HP
Can any confirm this or experience this.
