Galan SP2 incinerate

Why does Galan’s SP2 still apply incinerates to tigra even when they miss? Found that out the hard way

Yeah I don’t like that part of fighting Galan either. He applies the incinerates when you dex the sp2 as well. Guess you just have to block it and take the chip damage

Bro why are you commenting on a 2 month old discussion?

In his defense, Kabam has been refusing to answer our repeated inquiries into this issue since at least August 2022. There have been multiple posts asking why this is happening but to my knowledge no responses as of yet. Here is 1 of the posts:
