Negative units (masteries reset)

My masteries were reset (profencies) I didn’t do it. Therefore, I cannot parry, cannot dex, stupefy, petrify, pacify, limber, mystic dispersion. I am a level 55 cavalier player, my champions ratings have also decreased due to this.
I have 189,961 negative units which costs too much to repay (over £2000). The game is nearly unplayable for me.
Please help somebody. My MCOC name is Arjan x MCOC. I have informed kabam many times before and mo action has been taken.

You asked for a refund through your app store, either Google Play or Apple App Store instead of contacting Kabam support for whatever reason you think you needed a refund. No one can help you here.

Do those masteries actually cost Units to re-activate ?

For those (aka Mystic Dispersion) that are initially Locked, and if you had Unlocked them at some point in the past (aka Class/Mystic Cores), they will remain Unlocked even after resetting Mastery Tree.
Don’t know which ones still require little bits of Units to Levelup, but some masteries only require Gold.

As for negative units, who spends 2000 money on accident ?
Gets the goods that were bought.
And then asks credit card company (or Google) to refund their money.
Don’t let your kids borrow your phone, or have better security surrounding needing password to buy stuff in Google games store or Apple store.

False, you need Units to re-enable certain Levels with Units, even you already enabled them in the past. So any Change of your Mastery setting will cost you Units.
e.g. Going Suicides to something else will cost ~80 Units or something like that.

It's not false. He's asking the OP if their SPECIFIC masteries that they listed above cost units to re-enable. He's not saying that no masteries cost units to re-enable.

OP says he can buy/rankup "cannot dex, stupefy, petrify, pacify, limber AND mystic dispersion".

Yes MD is based on Gold, rest ist Gold and Units.

Yes thus Masteries cost Gold/Units, beside of MD (Gold).
