Who should I rank 4?

This will be my first rank 4 and I have the materials to get anyone from rank 1 to 4 so even if they aren't ranked up yet that's not a problem but I'm unsure who's the best to go for. Right now I'm think doom or Hercules.

Dr doom. I would do QS if he was awakened, Gorr might be another good option if the buff is good. Hercules (imo) is overrated and (also imo) needs awakening
Doom seems like the best and safest option

You have a few really good options: Doom, Warlock, Red Magneto, Ghost, Diablo, Longshot, Hercules, Kingpin, any of those is a good option

I do have a generic gem as well so i could awaken someone if theyre worth it. i could get anyone to about sig 100 to 120
