Vision AOU power steal not working

I was playing around with vision and testing a synergy when i Realized his power steal was not working. @Kabam Miike

1. Vision must be awakened in order to steal power

2. Who were you playing against? Some champions have immunity or resistance to power manipulation, and some nodes grant it.

My vision is sig 200 and bishop i was fighting along with several other enemies on the path

My Vision doesn't seem to be able to Power Steal, either...
