Kabam support

Why is it so hard to get support every time I have an issue. Tapping the "support" button is useless from the game menu. I have yet to resolve an issue because kabam can't find me in the system. (via email)I'm prompted to enter various forms of ID, which I do, exactly as told, only to be overlooked time and time again. I'm not receiving rewards that are due on daily/proving/expert(several instances), zero rewards for most recent aq and shows I didn't participate (recurring), and losing connection during fights that should never happen. They can recieve the complaint email but none of my replies apparently so I try to just let it go 99% of the time. Aggravating, to say the least.
