[Android] - Cavalier Special Objective Reward Not Completing

I've got an issue where the cavalier special objective for fully exploring the event quest is not completed and I cant claim the rewards, despite the fact I've explored the event quest 100% on cavalier difficulty. I've only just ranked up to thronebreaker so I imagine this is why it does not recognise it. I've just wasted energy refill going back through a chapter to see if that would get it to recognise it was 100% complete but it didn't work. Is this something that can be looked into?

    This is how it works. If you get Thronebreaker after 100% exploration you won’t be able to claim the objective. Nothing to be done about it unfortunately

    Seems unfair, considering I've met the criteria for it to be completed. I think it would be worth someone looking into rectifying.

    You weren’t eligible for it when you completed it.

    Contact support anyway, some people have been able to talk their way into the reward.
