AI need to be fix

in Bugs and Known Issues
I’m tryna get cav and I can get through it but the AI ain’t throwing their specials at all they sit there on 2 bars and not throwing it so I’m sitting there waiting for then to do it and they won’t so I have either hit them a bit more then they throw it or get them a sp3 and hope I don’t die

    I know that it doesn’t necessarily fix it, but one thing that I do to try and bait specials is to throw a heavy or a special as they get to 2 bars of power. I find that the opponent is more likely to throw a special after they’ve been knocked down
